Everything is priced in pounds, every rule quoted is a British one, and the regulator referred to throughout is the Gambling Commission. That narrowness is intentional. How we check things
Licences come from the register
Never from a footer badge or a press release. Account numbers and permitted activities are read off the Gambling Commission public register, and we publish the account number so you can repeat the check.
Bonus terms are read in full
Not the banner. The multiplier, what it applies to, the max bet cap, the expiry and the excluded games all come from the terms document.
Bonus value is calculated, not quoted
Turnover times the house edge gives the expected cost of clearing an offer. That number decides whether we call a bonus good, and we show the working.
Everything carries a date
Every table says when it was last checked. A payments page without a date is a guess, however confident it sounds.
We publish the bad parts
Narrow payment ranges, short track records and missing e-wallets appear on the page. A guide that only says positive things is an advert.
Player reports are weighted, not quoted
Complaint patterns are useful; individual reviews are not evidence. We look for repetition across sources before a pattern goes on a page.
How the site is funded
